partnership with High Intensity Interval Training Like A Girl
(HIITLAG) to provide a comprehensive exercise and nutrition program for women. Together, we are committed to offering
a supportive community for overall health and wellness.
What is EatLAG Group Nutrition Program?
This 8-week group nutrition program for women will bust some long-held nutrition myths and get down to the basics on how to nourish your body with real food, not food-like products. We’ll explore how to successfully ditch junk food, eat intentionally, feed and shop for your family, and stay on track when life tries to derail you.

Busting Myths: Nutrition Fact and Fiction;
Gearing up for Nutrition Success;

When does EatLAG start?
The next Eat LAG Group Nutrition Program starts on Wednesday, January 18, 2017! Group sessions will be held weekly on Wednesday's at 9:30-10:00 a.m., January 18 through March 15, 2017 at Snowden Bridge Residence Center in Winchester.
