Nutrient and Hydration Timing
In this 1 hour class, you will learn how to utilize food for optimal training, performance and recovery! We’ll focus on the fundamentals of nutrient and fluid timing - what to eat and when - to meet the demands of your activity level.
When: Tuesday, February 20, at 6 p.m. at the Youth Development Center in Winchester, VA.

How to Feed Your Child Healthy Meals
This 2 hour class will empower you to feed your child, ages 0-17 years, healthy meals without mealtime meltdowns. In this session, you will learn:
